Tier 1: The Queen's Standard

Kitchen & Dining

  • Countertops & all counter items (wiped clean)

  • Outside of small and large appliances (wiped clean & polished)

  • Cabinet fronts (spot cleaned)

  • Backsplash (spot cleaned)

  • Stove top & oven hood (degreased, cleaned & polished)

  • Inside of microwave (wiped clean)

  • Top of refrigerator dusted (if applicable)

  • Light Fixtures (dusted)

  • Sinks & faucets (cleaned & polished)

  • Furniture (dusted or wiped clean)

  • Highchairs/booster seats (wiped free from crumbs)

  • All hardware (wiped clean)

All Rooms & Hallways

  • Furniture, décor & pictures (dusted)

  • Light fixtures dusted (within reach of 3-step ladder)

  • Ceiling fans dusted (within reach of 3-step ladder)

  • All floors vacuumed (including walk-in closets)

  • Hard surface floors wet mopped

  • Mirrors (dusted and/or wiped clean)

  • Door knobs & light switch plates (wiped clean)

  • Bathroom trash (emptied/relined)

  • Tops of trashcans (hand wiped)

  • Stairs (vacuumed and/or mopped)

  • Bannisters, railings & in-between slats (hand wiped)

  • All floors vacuumed (including walk-in closets)

  • Hard surface floors wet mopped

  • *We do not clean chandeliers, windows or blinds. We do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder.

  • Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension

    duster.

  • *Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air, but cannot prevent this entirely.

  • *It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate deep

    cleaning.
